Tenancy and estate co-ordinators oversee the management of our properties. Our tenancy and estate co-ordinators work with residents, partners and other agencies to improve the neighbourhoods in which they work.

Patches include neighbourhoods in Birmingham such as: Small Heath, Marston Green, Saltley, Washwood Heath, Ward End and Bordeseley Green.

Patches include many neighbourhoods in Birmingham, including Aston, Smethwick, Nechells, Moorcroft Place, plus Dudley and Wolverhampton, including Heath Town and West Bromwich.
